At Willyou.com, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, and that includes hassle-free returns. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Make a Return:

• 1. Reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected] to request a prepaid and fully insured FedEx 2-day return label.
• 2. Once you receive the return label (within 48 hours), securely package your ring in its original condition, including all accompanying documentation (e.g., grading certificates).
• 3. Drop off your return at any FedEx location or schedule a pickup. If packaging materials are needed, FedEx can provide assistance.

Refund Process:

• Once your ring is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within two weeks and credited back to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

• Rings must be returned in their original, unworn condition, including all accompanying documents and packaging.
• A $150 fee will be charged if the GIA or IGI certificate included with the ring is missing.
• We do not offer resizing services, but most local jewelers can resize your ring for a small fee, typically ranging between $20 and $50.
