Promo codes may expire without notice, and expired codes will not be honored.

Returns and Refunds
Willyou offers a 30-day return policy for items in new, unworn condition. Items modified, resized, or damaged are non-refundable. Returns require authorization and must include all original paperwork, including the GIA report (a $150 fee applies for missing reports). Returns incur shipping costs borne by the customer.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable deductions, such as return shipping labels and incomplete paperwork fees.
Warranty Disclaimer
Willyou.com does not offer any warranties, expressed or implied, for engagement rings, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. However, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for engagement rings.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order details, including ring size, shipping address, and personalization requests. Willyou will not be held liable for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during the order process.
